CarConnect may collect information you submit through our website, including your name, phone number, email address, city and state, vehicle preferences, application information (such as employment, income range, down payment, trade-in details, and credit situation), documents you choose to upload, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
If you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from CarConnect, your mobile information will be used to provide the communications you requested. SMS consent is not a condition of using CarConnect. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
SMS opt-in consent and mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
To fulfill your vehicle request, CarConnect shares your application information with the participating dealership(s) or salesperson selected for, or involved in, your request. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate CarConnect (such as hosting, messaging, and analytics providers), and where required by law.
We retain application information for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Uploaded documents are stored privately and access is restricted to authorized CarConnect staff and the dealership handling your request.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at support@car-connect.live.
